Gumball Thief Not Wearing Anything to Conceal Face Despite Seeing Security Camera
And the award for the 2018’s worst robber goes to the guy who managed to scamper off with an animal shelter’s gumball machine. The man’s triumphant performance was caught on tape. At the moment, the authorities are ‘hard’ at work trying to identify the individual who wasn’t even trying to conceal his face.
The footage reveals the gumball thief breaking a glass pane in an attempt to get access to the shelter’s reception. A couple of tries later, the man manages to squeeze through the opening. Now, this is where things get interesting.
Instead of looking around the room like the table in front of him which had a donation box filled to the brim, out newbie thief directs its attention to the gumball machine near the door.
At first, the man tilts the machine and moves it towards the front door, probably trying to squeeze through the opening but quits after he spills most of the candy out of it. He then tries to break open the quarters’ compartment, an operation which he again fails to carry out.
Frustrated, the man can be seen pulling the gumball machine to another area of the building where he finds the door leading to the kennels. Despite the dogs barking furiously at him, the individual managed to drag the gumball machine all the way to the fence and then throws it over the barbed wire.
